We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our highly skilled team. The kind that has done the hard yards and is looking to take the next step in their carpentry career.

SLC Builders are a husband and wife business based in the Hutt Valley. With over 20 years experience in the trade, we specialise in residential renovations and additions.
Our aim is to make every customer feel relieved they hired us and proud of the improvements we’ve made to their home. Client satisfaction is a big deal to us.

Requirements:
✓ NZQA in Carpentry - Level 4 (Trade qualified)
✓ At least 3 years experience working as a Qualified Builder
✓ Being an LBP is not required, but is an advantage
✓ A team player is an absolute must
✓ Self-motivated and driven for success
✓ Reliable, honest and hardworking with a friendly, professional manner
✓ Competent reading & understanding plans, specs & building regs
✓ Have your own basic hand and power tools
✓ A great sense of humour
✓ Full NZ drivers licence and reliable vehicle
✓ No criminal convictions and ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screening test
✓ NZ Residency
Pay rates and extra perks negotiated, based on skill level and experience.
