Cory and Nicky are so organised and professional, and yet down to earth at the same time, this also applies to the wider team. They clearly apply the same level of care they put into their clients, in choosing their team. We keep waiting for our experience to change as building a house isn’t meant to be this stress-free, but apparently it is with SLC on the job… and we’re living on site!!

I was intending to relocate and expand two retail businesses within the Silverstream Village Complex. It was a tricky build as both businesses needed to be able to keep operating during the build as well as all the surrounding tenants.
Cory came in at short notice and took on the job. We worked well together and shared the project management. I was very pleased with the result and as a consequence used Cory to build our next project which was a 520sq metre Medical Centre in Upper Hutt.
Cory and his boys work very hard and I have found that I needed to be involved a lot less.
Cory readily takes on the organisation necessary and makes good, sensible decisions. I could not recommend Cory any more highly.
